Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a full refund for gazebos, accessories or any other product purchased from Oxnorth. This must be done within 30 days of purchase.
This return must be made within 30 days and must be undertaken in accordance with our terms and conditions, as well as our delivery information and our refunds and returns policy.
- You must pay for the cost of returning goods. We would advise that you ask for "signed-for" delivery to ensure proof of delivery.
- We will only accept returned goods that are in the original packaging and that have not been used.
- We will email you to confirm receipt of your returned merchandise as soon as possible and assess all approved returns promptly.
- If the returned items are deemed to be used, then we may make them available to be sold back to you, or we may offer a refund minus a percentage of the original payment. This will be discussed with you.
- For custom orders, such as custom-printed canopies, we will accept returns for incorrect items.
- Full refunds will be given to all applicable returns. Money is processed weekly. It may then take a further 3 to 5 days for the refund to be processed by your bank. We will be happy to also offer a value exchange for other Oxnorth items, or a credit note with us.
- We will provide a full refund to you if your return meets all of our terms and conditions.
- We cannot refund delivery costs.
